A third man, Khuram Syed Sher, was arrested in connection with an Ottawa terror case. Sher was a 2005 McGill medical grad and you might have seen him when he auditioned on Canadian Idol in 2008.
In what was called Operation Samosa, 3 men, Havi Mohammad Alizadeh, 30, and Misbahuddin Ahmed, 36, were arrested yesterday and Sher was arrested today.
All are accused of conspiring to facilitate a terrorist offence with three other people in Canada, Iran, Afghanistan, Dubai and Pakistan, according to court documents.
