Ok so im working with Herman to get a bunch of movies/tv shows/documentaries onto the vibe entertainment forum...i figure a lot of us spend time on vibe so why not centralize our browsing and bring streaming links to vibe.
My question is how many of you would be interested in using vibe entertainment forums to watch your movies/tv shows etc. Itll be kept up to date with, for the most part, high quality videos, and both new and old releases.
If it gets a good response then soon enough you should be able to search anymovie you can think of on the forum search bar and find high quality links to watch online.

Like I barely watch movies in general, but if I did feel like watching a certain movie, than why not? As long as it's free
But like the only problem I would see is that the content would be very limited, cause I'm assuming you'd be grabbing the movies from other sources and just basically posting them on to Vibe. In that case then I would have to look elsewhere in order to find whatever I'm looking for
If I wanted to watch a popular movies, like a Transformers 2 or some shit, then why not just use it on Vibe
A positive tho, would be like if you provided a short synopsis supplementing the documentary/movie/etc, then that maybe would attract users to videos that they may have not seen before?
I would be grabbing the links from other sources yea..but why would that limit the content?
Of course it will be free, if it generates traffic though i better get paid
and yea thats what im doing, ill be putting the movie poster, imdb link, movie synopsis and movie link.

lol the only wack problem thats being encountered is that with the amount of new movies everyday we need to find an efficient way to keep the threads from flooding the homepage.

lol you dont know about my ways...ill have almost everything you can thnk of...trust me...i think its safe to say ive watched 75+ of movies in EXISTENCE since 1990. Itll just take a little time.
Main thing is finding a way to seperate movie postings from regular forum topics.

yea my idea was to have a side bar on the homepage..seperate of all the forums...but herman says it wont be easy to do that so in the meantime i just post the movie then hide it so it doesnt appear on the homne page...

Vibe used to do a monthly magazine, like Marly was mentioning
So just make the movies a seperate tab on the homepage, and then either just put all the movies in a most recent thread type of thing, or do the search based on year, or alphabetical

Apparently it's not lmao. The last 5 or 6 threads are all the movies that you have posted so far
so then PM herman...i would love to get that to happen and i told him it would increase traffic significantly but i guess he wants to see results before he dedicates any energy to it.
If i had it my way wed have a seperate forum all together for movies with different sections for each year, and different sections for each genre.

no no thats good...the hiding basically just takes it off the homepage so the home isnt flooded with movies and puts them in the entertainment forum.

if you can make it like this with download links, you'll definitely have a lot of viewers...streaming for me is the last resort and since my ps3 can play avi. files, I can download it via megaupload or rapidshare, and watch it on the big screen HDTV instead of a dull computer monitor or laptop

the only thing i can watch streamed videos in is for porn...most of the time, it buffers way too long and you need to have a steady internet connection..not to mention it lags, which causes the audio to go out of sync...the only pro i see from streaming is that the movie is right there for you, you don't have to download it...as for downloads...all you need is winRAR, and megaupload links since they go really fast (10-11) per 700 mb...then you just need a memory stick, stick that in your ps3 usb port...watch it on your HDTV big screen... you mind if I post some links in that forum section? like some new ones and some classics?
sasha thats craziness...you must have a slow internet connection....my streams NEVER lag. but i also download torrents at 2mb/s
but yea feel free to post..im gonna have herman send out a mass email soon to vibe users letting them know about the new feature and it will be an open forum so that anyone can post..
