Do you take any? if so what are your picks, and what effects do you get?
I'm currently taking ISOFLEX protein isolate and I have to say this is a lot more than just whey protein because of the EAA and BCAA complexes that it has; my brother picked up a muscleprime bottle also from Allmax and he's getting HUGE muscle pumps during his workout but I think this whole bodybuilding thing becomes a big expense once you start adding supplements.

im thinking of taking that shit to help get extra reps in + more energy. either that or caffeine pills. do you run any creatine or protein with it?
I'm going to post a vid of this guy that speaks the truth about pre-workout suppluments, and honestly a while ago I was so fucking hyped up with this shit I had EVERYTHING, glutamine, glucosamine, creatine, arginine and other amino acids products and on top of that I bouth pre-workout formulas like superdumb and post-workoutas as well.
I'm now taking only 5 grams of high quality creatine from Allmax with grapes about an hour prior to working out, and a postworkout sup that I bought at wallmart for like 15 bucks a bottle, called cytocell, it nows sells for 35+ so it was a smart idea to buy 25 bottles after trying it for 15 days lol.
remember always keep the carbs/protein ratio 2:1, so if you take 20 g of protein make sure you get your carbs well about 40 g, a gatorade bottle would be enough for example.
This vid explain why you are getting ripped off when you buy those pre-workout formulas that are loaded with dextrose sugar, and contain very little creatine.
btw grapes have dextrose sugar, hence why it is very effective to take your creatine with a glass of water and eat a handful of grapes an hour prior to your workout.

^Finally a thread i've been waiting for! Right now i take Hydro platinum whey protien, i just got it last week been taken it 3days now..An it's pretty good, i can give more info when i'm more experienced with the product. But i can tell you Gold standard whey protien works, i gained 6lbs of muscle with that product and it never seemed to fail! Reason why i'm on Hydro is because i like to switch up products i use..
But it honestly depends on what you're looking to gain through your workout, because different products have different results..NEVER take creatine though, as this is just for SHOW!!! It's selfestem pretty much, because you get big, you look big, but none of that stays..An nor does it get you stronger!!

For building a body join the gym as early as possible. In gym you can do lots of exercise which can help to build your body muscles and improves body shapeliness. Your digestion also good and your got well benefit of it.
