Rondo and Derrick Rose are in two completely different situations. Rondo was originally just supposed to be complimentary to Allen, Pierce and K.G. Derrick Rose was brought into Chicago to be the scorer and play maker, Derrick Rose has to do more nightly and nightly oppose to Rondo, who if Rondo goes off, GREAT! But it's not required every single night to win. Now look at the Bulls if Derrick Rose doesn't have a good game each night, they won't win games. Asides from Rose who really scores for them? Deng? Kirk? Gibson? Noah? No..

Rajon Rondo wouldn't be nearly as good on the Bulls. You could put Janero Pargo on the Celtics and he'd average 7-8 apg, all he has to do is throw it to whichever of the big three is hot that night. True, Rondo creates offense for them now, but it's because they demand so much attention and free him up. Put him on the bulls and he becomes the focal point, defense crowds the paint and he has no one to pass to and can't score because of his inconsistent jumpshot.
His defense is overrated too. The only reason he gets so many steals is he gambles and he's not getting burned because the Lakers are so soft at the point guard position. So was Miami and so was Cleveland, when he had to face a decent point guard in Jameer Nelson he was getting 20 points put up on him in a HALF.

okay theres a thin line between hating rajon rondo and likeing him, i think u just dont like him, i swear if u put pargo on the C's i swear he wouldnt be gettin 8-9 assits, look at billups, he has j.r, carmelo, but he avg i think 5 ass, wats that?
