honestly everyone has a different ways of how to gaining muscles so i cant say that my way would work for you but one thing i do is make sure i have the right food in me before i start my work out its just common sense,you dont want to start working out without energy in your system.you will not enjoy working out if your energy is not up to par
this is for arms and chest
2. i work out 3 out of 5 days inbetween monday to friday so tuesday and thursday i rest and eat some more lol
i start of by lifting light 20lbs to about 25 reps slowly for a warm up then i do 15 push ups slowly also then rest untill i feel i am ready then i add 5lbs to the 25lbs to make 30lbs and then i do 10 reps and maby 15reps with the 30 pound dumbells if im feeling it then i rest and do this for a whole 30 min you should be feelin nice after
note i buy my own dumbells i dont have time for the gym but i would go..i have other ways of working out each muscle groupe

heyy i was soo skinny omg you ..then i boght some 30 pounds dumbells then from their it i was good to goo..its not hard as people make it sound it just takes you to get up and want to do some work outs..plus you will feel good about yourself and before you know it working it will come more fun

i know how to get bigger, its just that its not working for me.. and i really don't want to use supplements if i don't have too. I train for muay thai tournaments which entails enough cardio which is probably why i can never manage to gain the weight i need.

i do exercise. i have dance twice a week for 2 hours + i dance when i'm bored (everyday). i speed walk whenever i walk outdoors, plus i run whenever i go to the park, which is probabaly 3/4 times a week. i guess i need to do more?

keep my stomach toned. Took me two months to gain five pounds since i have a fast metabolism .
I suggest you just work at it for a long period of time and don't check so often. Soon, you'll be able to figure out a proper routine meant for your body and lifestyle like I did.

Eat alot of fucking meat man. Make breakfest, lunch and dinner your every day routine at KFC. They put lots of hormones in that tofu chicken.
No diets. Fuck diets. Enjoy life.

For endurance, practice martial arts. And I'm not talking some weak training like the MMA, those guys are big fuckers and they're strong fuckers but they don't utilize speed much.
Take karate and where they have intense trainings, running in circles and don't fucking pull back your punches and always flex hard. When I see these people training karate either with too much power, too much speed or too little of either, it makes me wanna fucking piss on Jewish graves. They ruin it for the rest of us.
When the Canadian team goes to Karate championships or tournaments, they always get hit hard and lose. When the Macedonian team goes, he has the technique, the power and the speed to know out the Japanese, European and American teams and we have won against the Japanese in the past, but the fuckers have something we don't - calm. And they always will. We fight with anger, rage and stand still like robots and are nervous. They fight like water flows.
Now the typical Macedonian karateka has the mindset of a typical gangster.
Go outside, throw some paint, a couple pillows, some flowers. Chase flies. Yeah.

40 lbs of muscles without using roids in 2 moths is impossible . im not calling you a lair but your talking bs right here. and doing intense cardio will negate getting big. talk to anyone who puts on muscle mass the dont do any real cardio. talk to anyone how does any real cardio they are not putting on muscles mas more then 10 lbs this is basic fitness knowledge
weight gainers are loaded with carbohydrates and hence calories since there are abut 4 calories per gram of carbs in general....they are a cheap alternative if you don't have time or money to make 6-7 meals a day but don't get worked up on this. I used to be 140 lbs at 5' 9" a while back now not only have I gained more than 25 lbs in muscle mass but I've also gained a few inches in height thanks to some height gain programs I put myself through.
The only weight gainer I've ever had is PASTA.
Wanna gain muscle mass?
Keep the carbs/protein ratio 2/1 (ei 40 grams of carbs per 20 grams of protein RIGHT AFTER your workout).
if you can, take creatine and glutamine, 5 g of each on working days, preferably an hour prior to your workout. These amino acids are proven to have anti-catabolic properties and act very effectively as anabolic stimulants.
Make sure you keep on changing your exercises every two weeks at least, you have to trick your muscles; our bodies don't like change, they react differently when you put em under a different kind a stress and that stimulates muscle growth.
btw weight gainers will not allow you to get ripped like you think, I would say they are there to ensure that you don't have a carbohydrates deficit and your body does not use protein or other valuable nutrition for energy.
Carbohydrates is what you want to feed your body as fuel, don't ever let it take energy from other source except for a very special one that a lot of people seem to have abundance of, fat.
