If u use weight gainers, then ur better off sticking to it. Because once ur body is accustomed to it, then it will take a toll on u once u get off it. Either u do it natural with eating lots of protein and carbs or, take the chances with Protein shakes and powder mixes. I suggest the combination of the 2. my suggestion is to gat a good pre workout creatine cuz that well not only give u the size u want but its a good booster i was on plasamajet that shit is amazing and also with quick mass and eating another 1000 calrioes with other stuff i gained a good 20 lbs in a matter of 2 - 3 months but , i might add that u cant get big adn stay with no fat ur gunna gian a little fat maybe lose a little bit of defination in ur abs but just a little other than that u shud b good ohh and eat mroe meats for sureeeee!
