I've been eating for so long, even resorting to eating junk food now. Athletes manage to gain weight and make weight cuts all the time, my metabolism is I can eat forever and gain no weight, is there some way around this?
Yeah a bodybuilder I know is getting ready for some competition and has been eating 1 kilo of chicken steak every day for the past 2 months. He gained 50 pounds in muscle mass lol.
So it's because you're active that you are not gaining weight...
You wanna gain weight? Eat lots of bread, gobble up 2 pizzas every day...
Plus McDonalds..
But then don't go with your homies around Toronto on 100 km tours using the subway and TTC and shit..
Just eat and sleep. That's it. Do this for about a year and you'll become a fatass.
You know what else helps? Don't shower for 2 weeks. Spend more time infront of the computer.

Whenever I want to be morbidly obese or American, I will definitely consider all of these options.
Do not eat junk food. Eat rice/pasta/bread/yogurt/oatmeal cornmeal whichever/
I have the same problem except i am underweight not sure if you are, but believe it or not cardio makes you gain weight if your underweight and makes you lose it if you are overweight.
Go to GNC and buy a supplement, I have it I can't remember what it's called though
I take it twice daily (if you don't work out don't take it, because you're just gonna get fat and not put on muscle), but it has like 1300 calories in each serving, like 200 carbs, 22 grams of fat and 50 grams of protein
I haven't been taking it recently cause I stopped going to the gym, but when I was, I put on 5 lbs. in two and a half weeks

Weight gain is very easy than weight loss. You can gain weight by eating more fatty and high calorie food many times in a day. Take sleep more in day more than 7 to 8 hours.
Eat bread with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. don't forget to have potatoes with breakfast too, rice with lunch, and throw in some pretzels and stuff throughout the day Oh, and drink lots of beer, that's about it.
