alot of ppl who are huge are not fast or explosive at all. its just looks good.. if that.. its.

also your body gets used to the same exercises diminshing the rate of increase.. so if you change it up it will much better. like p90x is all about surprising the muscles.

true. i only started heavy lifting two months ago. ex of my z bar curl

3 sets 12 reps @ 50 lbs
3 sets 8 reps @ 70 lbs
4 sets 5 reps @90 lbs

after two months i should see something

and p90x is only good to cut. its not good for getting big.

Stay in shape, be healthy or making yourself look better. Give me ten different reasons why an average guy would work out (by that I mean excluding athletes, seeing as its their profession). You can't

If it's a personal boundary genetics put on you, there's no escaping that unless you actually go in and change your genome. Working out does not change your genetic make up lmao, unless its a mutation, which is almost always not beneficial.

Emotional outlet, ye... that makes sense. But strength... speed... like I said, that's athletes. An everyday person doesn't have time to commit to 'seeing how strong they can get.'

bro you being serious? if the average person wants to see how strong he can get how else but the gym is he suppose to do it? as for the genetics no. if someone comes from a family where all the guys were obese. then there is a high chance he will be too but its not set in stone. genetics is only half of the equation so to escape that the dude would start workout out hard core.

getting laid or in shape is not the only reason average joes work out bruh
